Papillary Carcinoma in Median Aberrant Thyroid (Ectopic) - Case Report

Abstract: Median ectopic thyroid may be encountered anywhere from the foramen caecum to the diaphragm. Non lingual median aberrant thyroid (incomplete descent) usually found in the infrahyoid region and malignant transformation in this ectopic thyroid tissue is very rare.
