“…Although the accuracy of the MTT test strip is relatively low (67%–81%) compared to currently available POC semen analytical devices, the high sensitivity (up to 96%) of the MTT test strip makes it a suitable semen quality screening tool capable of diagnosing possible infertility issues. In addition, paper‐based or cotton‐based analytical devices appear to be the most promising platform for developing physiological fluid‐based diagnostic devices because of their low‐cost, portability, trace substance requirements, and adaptability 44,45 . The adaptability of these paper‐based or cotton‐based diagnostic devices allows them to overcome some of the limitations of currently available, at‐home semen analytical tools, such as their bulky size and limited parameter testing.…”

“…Furthermore, these devices can operate with limited equipment or power since fluid movement in μPADs is controlled via capillary action (Lam et al 2017;Martinez et al 2009). μPADs represent an inexpensive point-of-care (POC) device that can provide rapid and accurate results in the field (Syedmoradi and Gomez 2017). A μPAD consists of paper, which is hydrophilic in nature and allows hydrophobic demarcations to be made with various polymers.…”

Bethell et al [12] Plethysmo Graphy Dengue fever could be a mosquito-borne tropical disease caused by the dengue virus and it's most typical in the Asian nation throughout the few months after the monsoon, however, occurs within the monsoon season additionally, this can be a lot of prevailing in water stagnated areas. Meantime protozoal infection isn't a true problem in Asian country during the dry winters, however outbreaks of occurring throughout the monsoon, significantly when it's raining perpetually.…”
