Pandemic clone USA300 in a Brazilian hospital: detection of an emergent lineage among methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus from bloodstream infections

Abstract: Background Staphylococcus aureus is one of the leading causes of bloodstream infections (BSI) worldwide.
