Pandemi (Covid-19) Döneminde, Kariyer Tatmini, Kariyer Platosu, Örgütsel Bağlılık ve İşe Yabancılaşma Değişkenlerinin Etkileşimi: Akademisyenler Üzerine Bir Alan Araştırması

Abstract: Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren kamu üniversitelerinde görev yapan akademisyenlerin kariyer tatmini, kariyer platosu, örgütsel bağlılık ve işe yabancılaşma değişkenlerinin etkileşiminin ve pandemi döneminin bu değişkenler üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Kahramanmaraş Sütçü imam üniversitesi ve Elâzığ Fırat üniversitesinde görev alan 142 akademisyen oluşturmaktadır.
