Pancreaticogastric Fistula Due to Infiltration of a Mixed Type Intrapapillary Mucinous Neoplasia of the Pancreas

Abstract: Pancreaticogastric fistula due to benign IPMN is extremely rare. Surgical resection including wedge resection of the stomach is the treatment of choice.
