Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors: a multicenter international evaluation of grading, staging and outcomes

Abstract: Overall survival(OS) was 59%, 14%, and 9.6% at 1, 3, 5 years, respectively with a median overall survival after resection of 13,60 months (CI 95%:11.8-16.9 months). The longest OS was observed in patients with R0N0 resection (n=15) (30.78 months). In multivariate analysis, R0 resection (HR: 0.62; 95% CI: 0.40-0.95; p=0.01) and venous invasion (HR: 1.65; 95% CI: 1.05-2.61; p=0.02) were identified as independent prognostic factors for overall survival.
