Pancreas transplantation

Abstract: Destruction and lymphocyte infiltration of insulin secreting beta cells are observed in the pathogenesis of type 1 diabetes mellitus. As a result of this, it is challenging to control blood glucose level due to decreased insulin secretion. In 1966, W.D.
