Abstract:BackgroundBloom syndrome helicase (BLM) is critical for DNA replication, repair, transcription, telomere maintenance and other cellular metabolic processes. Studies reported that BLM is closely related to the development of some types of tumors, however there is no pan-cancer analysis of BLM.
