Palliative care in residential aged care facilities

Abstract: This aim of this paper is to discuss the latest evidence in regard to palliative care in residential aged care with particular emphasis on three areas: (i) initiatives in providing palliative care; (ii) dementiaspecific initiatives in providing palliative care; and (iii) advance care planning.
