Palliative care delivery in residential aged care: Bereaved family member experiences of the Supportive Hospice Aged Residential Exchange (SHARE) intervention

Abstract: Background : The supportive hospice aged residential exchange (SHARE) is a new model of palliative care education that has been designed for residential aged care.
