Pakistan Nuclear Doctrine from Minimum Deterrence to Full Spectrum Credible Minimum Deterrence (FSCMD)

Abstract: In this study, attempt is made to briefly highlight theories and correlates them with Pakistan's nuclear doctrine. Theoretical foundation of this study is based on realist philosophy and the offshoots of realism. Nuclear doctrines are developed to deter aggression or deal with circumstances involving probable nuclear warfare. Pakistan's nuclear ability has deterred Indian military from any aggression.
