Pain-Related Worrying and Goal Preferences Determine Walking Persistence in Women with Fibromyalgia

Abstract: Physical activity and exercise are relevant behaviors for fibromyalgia health outcomes; however, patients have difficulties undertaking and maintaining an active lifestyle.
