Pachygyria with cerebellar hypoplasia and tigroid pattern of the white matter secondary to neuronal migration disorders

Abstract: Introduction: Pachygyria is a subtype of the lissencephaly spectrum that is secondary to neuronal migration disorders during embryogenesis, it may be associated with other extracortical anomalies such as cerebellar hypoplasia. Lissencephaly with cerebellar hypoplasia is a very rare malformation. In this form we can also observe a tigroid pattern of the white matter.
