Abstract: Background Lymphedema affects over 20% of breast cancer patients undergoing axillary dissection. Axillary reverse mapping (ARM) technique to identify and preserve arm node during sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) or axillary lymph node dissection (ALND) was developed to prevent lymphedema.
