Abstract: Background/Aims Vascular involvement in systemic sclerosis (SSc) is known to start even before clinical diagnosis, driving digital ulcer (DU) disease. Later in the disease natural history, it can cause pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH) among other manifestations.
