“…The mechanism of vertebral fractures is forceful contraction of abdominal wall muscles during a seizure episode causing axial loading of vertebral bodies with flexion compression forces. [16] Bilateral posterior fracture dislocation of shoulder is very rare and when present is considered path gnomic of seizures.
