Abstract: Background Ileocolic resection (ICR) is performed for Crohn’s disease (CD) patients with terminal ileitis requiring surgery. Current National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (NSQIP) data is lacking specificity around IBD surgery, including stoma formation and biologic therapies.
