P-type Cu7Te5 single-crystalline nanocuboids: size-controlled synthesis and large-scale self-assembly

Abstract: The synthesis, shape evolution and large-scale self-assembly of p-type Cu7Te5 single-crystalline nanocuboids have been studied in this communication.
