P‐93: Experiments on Thermal Induced Effect of PBS for LCoS System

Abstract: ITRI/OES has developed a system for the measurements of LCoS systems. This equipment is designed to be an experimental toolkit for the study of different optical elements under different configurations and environments. Using this apparatus we performs several thermal experiments on a PBS. The experimental results indicate that the thermal effects on the PBS are conspicuous.
