P‐92: A 12.3‐in. Top‐Emission AMOLED Transparent Display
Abstract: A 12.3‐inch top‐emission AMOLED transparent display based on LTPS TFT technology was developed. The transmittance of this novel display reached nearly 50% by adopting transparent area and pattern cathode. In addition, the design of auxiliary cathode can effectively reduce power consumption and improve reliability and lifetime of the panel.
