P‐9.7: Stable Quantum Dot Light‐Emitting Diodes via Adopting Solution‐Processed All‐Inorganic Heterostructure

Abstract: Quantum dots (QDs) are prominent candidate materials for next‐generation flat‐panel displays and solid‐state lighting. In this study, a strategy of solution‐processed all‐inorganic heterostructure was proposed to overcome the emission efficiency and operation stability issues. Solution‐processed ZnO nanoparticles and NiO are used as the electron transport layer (ETL) and hole transport layer (HIL), respectively.
