P-885 - Morgellons disease and / or psychosis

Abstract: Morgellons disease is a condition sometimes referred to as unexplained dermopathy. It appeared about a decade ago, although a disease with roughly similar features and symptoms was noted at the beginning of the 17th century, along with its name - “morgellons”.
