The paper would propose an automatic tuning method for TFT hysteresis of internal circuit. Since current OD algorithm is much the same, optimizing its LUT well becomes important. The proposed method can improve OD performance and be suitable for software tooling. We also present an experiment flow and its temporal waveform results when doing iteration. By monitoring objective benchmark, the method can automatically control the taking time. And then, executing OD algorithm in practical does optical measurement to verify it. In our experiment result, we figure its result to prove it is workable. The paper also show that objective performance can fit the reasonable expected value of LR and JNCD. We demonstrate test video to show its before‐after. About proposed automatic tuning method, the hysteresis problem can be refined well and suitable for the implementation procedure of software tool.
