P‐16.5: A method of designing AMOLED pixel for optical fingerprint on display technology

Abstract

A method of designing AMOLED pixel for optical fingerprint on display technology is demonstrated. We improve the pixels by adjusting the relative position of TFT array and the anode. According to the simulated result of aperture ratio of pixels and uniformity of the image sensor captured, we can modify our design of pixels.
