Abstract:Background: Surgical managment of eloquent lesions in the brain require a multidisciplinary approach. Radiographic imaging, such as magnetic resosnance, can provide details of “normal” anatomy however are limited when lesions can distort/displace due to mass effect or neuroplasticity.
