Oxytocin Transforms Firing Mode of CA2 Hippocampal Neurons

Abstract: SUMMARY Oxytocin is an important neuromodulator in the mammalian brain that increases information salience and circuit plasticity, but its signaling mechanisms and circuit effect are not fully understood.
