Oxygen Therapy to Enhance Wound Healing After Revascularization

Abstract: Oxygen is one of the important factors for wound healing and infection control. The revascularization procedure is amended to correct the tissue hypoxia problem by increasing the blood flow to obtain an adequate amount of oxygen. Hypoxic wounds are still the issue in the cases of unsuccessful or incomplete revascularization.
