Oxygen‐Assisted Cathodic Deposition of Zeolitic Imidazolate Frameworks with Controlled Thickness

Abstract: Processing metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) as films with controllable thickness on a substrate is increasingly crucial for many applications to realize function integration and performance optimization.
