Overweight/obesity in students associated with short sleep duration which can be improved by nanocapsules

Abstract: This study was designed to investigate the prevalence of short sleep duration in adolescents from middle school in Fuzhou, China and explore the association between short sleep duration and overweight/obesity. Nano-encapsulated vitamin D3 can improve sleep deprivation, thus reducing the prevalence of overweight and obesity.
