Overview of the scientific production of competency-based management in the Brazilian public administration (2008 to 2018)

Abstract: Objective: to analyze the panorama of Brazilian scientific research on Competency-based Management (CBM) in Public Administration for the last decade, covering the period from 2008 to April 2018, from the characteristics of the publications, methodological aspects, the stages investigated and the main benefits and difficulties identified in the studies.
