Abstract:In order to understand the phenomenon in the work context of Higher Education Institutions, this systematic literature review analyzed the national publications in the period between 2011 and 2021. The survey of the academic production occurred in the CAPES Periodicals, SciELO, Regional Portal of the Virtual Health Library (VHL) and Pepsic. Only 35 articles met the inclusion criteria.
