Abstract:This chapter primarily discusses the absorption, distribution, metabolism/catabolism, and elimination (ADME) properties for antibody‐drug conjugates (ADCs) in oncology therapy and associated pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) modeling of ADCs.
