Overview of Kaolin Outcomes from Vine to Wine: Cerceal White Variety Case Study

Abstract: Kaolin protective effect was assessed in a white grapevine cultivar ‘Cerceal’ in ‘Alentejo’ Region (southeast Portugal) where plants face extreme conditions during summer season.
