“…Once fetal heart block due to anti‐Ro (SS‐A) antibody is established, careful monitoring of the fetal condition is essential. Cardiotocography is generally unhelpful in CCHB as the resulting pattern is unreactive with little variability (Beall & Paul, 1986; Olhh & Redman 1991), although it does indicate the baseline fetal heart rate.
