Overexpression of Reticulon 3 enhances CNS axon regeneration and functional recovery after injury

Abstract: CNS neurons are generally incapable of regenerating their axons after injury due to several intrinsic and extrinsic factors, including the presence of axon growth inhibitory molecules.
