Overexpression of Rab27B is correlated with distant metastasis and poor prognosis in ovarian cancer

Abstract: Abstract. The secretory small guanosine-5'-triphosphate-binding enzyme, Rab27B, has been identified to be an oncogene that is involved in the progression of certain tumors.
