Abstract

Food assistance programmes in OECD countries are described in the OECD report Food insecurity and food assistance programmes across OECD countries: Overcoming evidence gaps (Giner and Placzek, 2022[44])This report was approved and declassified by the Working Party on Agricultural Policies and Markets in March 2023 and was prepared for publication by the OECD Secretariat. This report, as well as any data and any map included herein, are without prejudice to the status of or sovereignty over any territory, to the delimitation of international frontiers and boundaries and to the name of any territory, city or area.The statistical data for Israel are supplied by and under the responsibility of the relevant Israeli authorities.
