Overall Description of Wind Power

Abstract: This paper presents a general overview of the main characteristics of the wind power systems, also considerations about the simulation models and the most used Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT) techniques are made. Some simulation results are shown and conclusions about the work are given.
