They defined postmenopausal women with ovarian endometriosis of 9 cm or larger in diameter as a high risk group and recommended extensive therapy, including surgery [1]. This report demonstrates a case of borderline ovarian clear cell tumor arising from endometriosis, whose size was small and unchanged for 12 years.…”
