Ovarian Adenocarcinoma with Serous Effusions Appeared after a Mammary Adenocarcinoma: A Case Report

Abstract: The ovarian adenocarcinoma is an aggressive cancer which has the highest mortality rate of all the gynecological cancers. More than 1/3 of the patients requests medical attention for ascites and pleural effusions. The association of the triad ovarian tumor, ascites and pleural effusions raises diagnostic issues and may lead to delay of adequate treatment.
