Outward Foreign Direct Investment – Looking back at Qatar’s London Investments

Abstract: This article focuses on the Middle Eastern State of Qatar’s UK investments as a back-up or legitimacy seeking exercise rather than a strategic economic imperative <i>per se</i>.
