Outsourcing of Human Resources: The Case of Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises

Abstract: The outsourcing of human resources has increased in recent years. As in other fields of management research, limited knowledge is available on outsourcing in small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
