Outcomes of trans-nasal trans-sphenoid endoscopic approach in isolated sphenoid sinus and sellar lesions

Abstract: Introduction: Isolated sphenoid sinus lesions cause symptoms such as headache and visual abnormalities. Endoscopic examination and imaging modalities are mandatory to reach a diagnosis.
