Outcomes of surgery for epiblepharon accompanied with lower eyelid retraction secondary to buphthalmos in children

Abstract: Importance: In cases of epiblepharon with lower eyelid retraction secondary to glaucoma, correcting epiblepharon alone is ineffective. Combined surgery should be performed to obtain satisfactory outcomes.
