Outcomes of routine surgical exploration in children who admitted to the emergency service with acute scrotum

Abstract: Objectives. The acute scrotum frequently presents a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge. In cases where the testicular torsion cannot be excluded, a surgical exploration is recommended.
