Outcomes of RCC patients with venous thrombus presenting with pulmonary embolism: A multicenter analysis of 782 consecutive patients.

Abstract: 433 Background: Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) patients who present with pulmonary embolism (PE) and venous thrombus may not be offered surgery because of concerns with anti-coagulation and presumed poor post-surgical outcomes.
