Outcomes of long left coronary endarterectomy in patients with diffuse coronary artery disease

Abstract: Aim: Historically the outcome of left coronary artery endarterectomy (LCAE) has been associated with increased morbidity and mortality when surgeons performed it with coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).
