Outcomes of advanced epithelial ovarian cancer treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy

Abstract: High rates of optimal cytoreduction were achieved at interval cytoreductive surgery after NACT, with acceptable surgical morbidity, early start of adjuvant chemotherapy, and survival outcomes comparable to international standards.
