Abstract:Objectives The objective of this study was the analysis of outcomes after endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal surgery (EETSS) in acromegaly in terms of surgical complications, clinical improvement, endocrinological remission, achievement of prognostically critical growth hormone (GH) level, and requirement of additional treatment.
