Outcome of surgical decompression in resistant de Quervain tenosynovitis

Abstract: Introductions: De Quervain tenosynovitis is a common cause of functional impairment. Steroid injection has good result but significant numbers of cases develop resistance requiring surgical decompression. This study assesses the outcome of surgery.
